When can I send my garment in to be retro-fitted with Handy-Fasteners?

How can I purchase Handy-Fasteners?


You can purchase Handy-Fasteners by visiting our online shop. Here you will select how many items you want fitting, input any extra information on your garments, and pay for your purchase online. Alternatively, you can purchase our service over phone, by calling 01143 950 127, or 07393 584 181. We will then walk you through all the steps, give you your order number, and you will pay over the phone.




How can I stay up to date?


Stay up to date with news, offers, and competitions by signing up to our mailing list and following our social media sites.




Where do I post my items?


Once you have paid for the retrofitting service, and received your order number, you need to post your items to: Apartment 8 St Josephs 96 Howard Road Sheffield S6 3RW IMPORTANT: you must include your order number or return address on, or in your parcel, to help us identify your order





Washing & Care Instructions

Are Handy-Fasteners machine washable?


Yes! Handy-Fasteners are completely machine washable. Just make sure that all fasteners are done up before washing, and to not exceed 40 degrees.




Can you tumble dry Handy-Fasteners?


Currently, no. However, the team here are working very hard at developing Handy-Fasteners with a material which is not only machine washable, but can be tumble dried as well.





Safety

Can I use Handy-Fasteners if I have a pace-maker fitted?


If you have been fitted with a pace maker or implant, you MUST consult your doctor before using our Handy-Fasteners









Returns

What is your returns policy?


We offer a one-year guarantee on our Handy-Fasteners, so that if anything goes wrong within that year, we will fix it free of charge​ and will only offer refunds if you are not completely satisfied by our repair service. Once we have retrofitted your garment, we are unable to offer a refund, return or exchange. If however, you send us your garment and decide against having Handy-Fasteners before it gets to us, we will happily refund you (minus the postage cost), and post your garment back.




What if something goes wrong with my Handy-Fasteners?


In the unlikely event that something does go wrong with your Handy-Fasteners, let us know as soon as possible, and we will provide a repair free of charge. Simply let us know via the ‘Contact Us’ page or over the phone and let us know your order number, send us your item through the post with the order number attached, and we will have it back to you in no time.
